Swapp Studio is a small operation, based in Louveciennes in the Paris area, founded in 2021 by Arthur Feingold. We are not a thirty-person agency and we do not pretend to be: the person who scopes your project is the one who designs it, codes it, and answers when something breaks. Independents chosen project by project reinforce the studio when the scope calls for it.
Arthur Feingold, founder and director, designs, builds and ships. There is no project manager between you and the person doing the work, and no version lost in translation between the design and the code. When a project needs one more skill — motion, photography, extra mobile development — the studio brings in independents it knows, chosen for that project, and remains your single point of contact.
We build our own software (Swapp, NightBook, Georgia, Rackts) and we work for clients. What our products teach us in production, every weekend, goes into your quotes. What your projects teach us about your trades goes into our products.
We take on few projects at a time. You always speak to the same person. The timelines we announce are the ones we meet, because nobody else meets them for us. And the studio registers its trademarks (NightBook, Rackts): we build to last, not to ship and move on.

You describe the situation. We say whether we are the right people, and if not, who to go to.
Two pages: what the project must do, for whom, how it will be measured. That is the content contract. The quote is built on it and does not move afterwards.

For databases, authentication and real time. Supabase by default (PostgreSQL, exportable); Firebase when a mobile app needs offline synchronisation.
For mobile apps: one codebase, native iOS and Android. Swapp and Georgia run on it.
